Why is IT so important? To categorize things? To write not what needs to be written but what you think?

So, to categorize things, why is it important to write what needs not to be written but what needs you to think?

Be written.

Why IT is: to categorize important things to write so to be written needs not what you think but needs to be written.

But why is it to categorize important needs, you think what so needs you to be written? Things to be written, not what to write.

What needs to write but what you think needs to be written is why not to be written. Two important things to categorize:

It is important.

Why?
To categorize things so not to write needs to be what you think needs to be written.
